Who is a Pittsburgh Saver?

Michelle Owens is…of Duquesne
"NeighborWorks made my piece of the American dream come true. They helped me develop a budget, save money and showed me how to clear up my credit. Today, I own my own home. As someone who once lived homeless, in various shelters around the city, having my own home is a treasure I will always cherish and forever be grateful to NeighborWorks." ~ Michelle

Jack and Kim Morgan are… of Forward Township
"When we tried to refinance our ARM mortgage we ran into problems... our adjustable rate ballooned to an additional $500 a month. We were in real trouble trying to pay back taxes and about to foreclose. We would lose our house, our pets and the life that we made there. That's when we found NeighborWorks. Things improved as soon as we walked through the door – our counselor found us a solution that enabled us to comfortably pay our monthly mortgage. Her compassion made the difference and gave us the peace of mind we needed." ~ Jack & Kim
